To ensure a comfortable fit, we add approximately 4 inches of ease (loosening) over the body measurements mentioned in the size chart while cutting the garment.
If your chest and hip measurements fall into two different sizes, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order. Our team will guide you to the best fit or customize the outfit according to your measurements at no additional cost.

I am plus-size and often struggle with the fit of pants. How are your bottoms designed?
We understand that finding comfortable and well-fitting pants can be challenging, especially for plus-size women.
That's why our bottoms are thoughtfully designed with comfort and fit in mind:

• All-round elasticated waistbands for a flexible and flattering fit

Can the outfit be altered later if needed?
Yes. Most of our outfits include approximately 3–4 inches of margin inside, allowing for future alterations if required.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation.
If you need an urgent dispatch, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to prioritize it.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–10 working days, depending on your location and pin code.
You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping across India.
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Please Note: Custom orders must be prepaid.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a request, simply WhatsApp us at 9152310012 with your Order Number and the reason for return or exchange.
Please note:
• The product must be unused and returned with all tags intact.
• Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange request.
• Sale orders are eligible for exchange.
• Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Orders purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credit only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping?
You may courier the product back to us at your own cost, which is usually the quickest and most economical option.
Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup. A pickup fee will be charged depending on your location.
Why may the outfit color look slightly different from the website photos?
We make every effort to photograph our products as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, display settings, and lighting conditions.
