HERES EVERY THING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RETURN

You have got 5 days to raise a Return/Exchange request from the day you receive your order.

Each order is eligible for a Return/Exchange only once.

Shipping charges are non - refundable. which can be anywhere from Rs 250 to Rs 350 depending on your location

No return fee will be charged in case of damaged products.

Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered as damaged products and are not eligible for return or exchange. As every display quality differs.

You will not be entitled to Cancel or Return any custom order item, unless the product is damaged or faulty

Refunds are only made in terms of Store Credit. Which is valid for lifetime

Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for any returns or exchange.
Return & Exchange Request Process:

Enter your order number or AWB number (you will find in your order confirmation mail and also on the shipping label on the parcel) and initiate the request.

Once we receive your request, we will call you to understand the issue

Once your request is approved, you may courier the outfit back to us Or if you want us to initiate the return pickup, you will be charged a minimum pick up fee of Rs 250 or more depending on your location and number of item to be picked.

Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
Refunds:

Returns take approximately 7 to 14 working days to reach the company. If initiated by us

Store credits will be issued once the return reaches the warehouse.

A refund/Store credit will be issued for the sale amount of the returned products less the shipping charges incurred while delivering the product and return shipping fees, if return pickup initiated by us.

Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
