• If your chest and hip fall in 2 different sizes, We request you to call us and take size guidance before placing the order. OR place your order as custom and we will call you for your measurements.

• You have got 5 days to raise a Return/Exchange request from the day you receive your order. 

• Each order is eligible for a Return/Exchange only once, As per company norms.

• Combined return's are prohibited.

• Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
  

• Once you connect with us with the reason for Exchange/Return, You may courier the outfit back to us at your own cost which is faster and cheaper. OR
  

• If you want us to initiate the return pickup, you will be charged a pick up fee depending on your location.

• Returns take approximately 7 to 12 working days to reach the company. If initiated by us. 

• Shipping money & Cash on Delivery handling fees is not returned. 

• Refunds are made only in terms of store credit.
  

• Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for any returns or exchange.
